Green Beverage Service
Robot bartender. Tipsy Robot is a zero-waste bar. It minimizes waste by dehydrating leftover produce for use as cocktail garnishes.  

Green destination.  To minimize the negative impact on the environment we selected a venue that is in an easily accessible location and has proximity to hotels and transportation amenities to reduce the carbon footprint of travel of guests, vendors, and staff.

Sustainable Practises

The wines on our menu are locally  grown and omitting a low  carbon  footprint  coming in from the Niagara region. These wines have been hand graphite to meet the VQA stamp of approval, there are no additives and  100% grapes  used  are grown in Ontario.  We have also chosen the beverages that are not highly energy-intensive with processing fruits. Wayne Gretzky Winery and Craft Distillery, in part with APL, purchases over 4,000 tonnes of grape from 38 local farmers for winemaking in Niagara-on-the-Lake to see assist in waste reduction.

Beverage Producers Sustainability

In keeping with our sustainability goals, we have introduced a number of initiatives and awareness campaigns to positively impact our communities.
By choosing sustainably cautious beverage producers, and local food charities we support local businesses and contribute to purchase local, use local venues and talent, we are stimulating the local economy, local growth.
